2024 has been a year of tremendous growth & discovery.
Reflecting on the lessons learned, my wife Laura and I faced fears and anxieties about real estate investing that had held us back. We realized that mindset plays a critical role. By leaning into clarity and believing the "how" would show up, we made significant progress.
This year has reinforced the importance of clarity in achieving goals. As I’ve learned, "Thoughts are things," and with clear intentions, amazing transformations can unfold.

Savanna’s First Home:
She bought a fixer-upper and together we transformed it into something beautiful. She’s now caught the real estate bug and is planning her next move.
Alicia & Jordan’s Home Search:
My oldest daughter and her husband are navigating the GTA market, which has been quite the challenge compared to Ottawa.
Chanelle’s Goals:
She has rented a new apartment in the GTA, and is determined to transition from a renter to a homeowner.
A Trip to Jamaica:
We’re planning to visit my parents in early 2025 and explore the sale and redevelopment of a family property.
